Electronic Payment

Electronic payments through this site are highly secure. Your credit card details are encrypted, so they cannot be read even in the unlikely event of the purchase details being intercepted. Credit card details are not divulged to the store owner, and are only seen by the payment processing network.

Currencies

As purchasing is currently only available to New Zealand customers, all prices shown are in New Zealand dollars

We want to make your shopping experience as safe, satisfying, convenient and pleasurable as possible. We take your privacy very seriously. The information which we receive from you is used to process orders and to provide you with a more personalised shopping experience. This means that your information will not be sold or otherwise divulged to third parties without your prior consent. You have certain rights to access information about yourself and if necessary to ask for it to be corrected. 

Out of stock items

 

If the desired colour/size combination of the style you wish to purchase is not mentioned, then we have sold out. However, if we hope to have future deliveries of this product there is wording to indicate this.


Unavailable items


It is possible that an item you purchase on this site is not in stock. We are truly sorry if any items you wish to purchase are not in stock. One of our customer service assistants will contact you.  Any sold out items will have SOLD OUT beside them on your invoice. If paying by credit card, you won't be charged for any unavailable items.

Returns and Exchanges

It is not our policy to provide a refund if you change your mind.  Garments returned for exchange must be in the same condition as they were purchased in with tickets and lables attached.  We will offer exchange or credit within 7 days of purchase upon presentation of receipt.  Sale goods are exempt.  If a garment is faulty we are entitled to 10 days to repair or replace the garment.

Returns and exchanges of online purchases can be made via mail or at our store.

What is a back order?


It is possible that one of the items you have purchased has been placed on back order. This means that our warehouse is currently out of stock of that item but we are expecting further deliveries. You will receive your goods approximately one week after the back order date printed on the invoice. If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time. If paying by credit card you will not be charged until your goods are despatched to you.

Any information provided on the Site in respect of any goods or services (Products) (including the price lists for the Products) does not constitute an offer to sell but an invitation to treat only, and is subject to the availability of the Products, which may change from time to time.

 

By placing an order using the Site, you are offering to purchase a Product at the price specified in the electronic order form you completed (plus any delivery charges or other applicable charges payable by you). child will accept your offer only after confirmation of full payment for the Product.

 

Terms and conditions


At any time, child may, in its absolute discretion, reject or cancel any order it receives for any reason, including the unavailability of Products, an error in the price or the description of the Products on the Site, or an error in an order placed by you. In such case, child will refund you for any amounts that you have paid for the cancelled order.

 

The contract of sale between child and you is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Sale (as presented to you when making a purchase). The contract is not subject to any terms or conditions proposed by you unless those terms or conditions are expressly accepted by child in writing.

 

In using this Site to place an order with child, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age.

 

child accepts no responsibility for orders not received by the Site.
